Post 9 : Vacations

Image
Hello everyone! I hope you’re doing fine. Today’s post, it’s the last one of this term. And as the semester goes away, the vacations come in. There is nothing that I’ve been waiting more than vacations in the last few weeks. This term has been so stressful, but I won’t complain about it because there is only one week left. Normally, I don’t go out on winter’s vacations, because there are too short and I don’t have money to spend on. But this term, I had the oportunity to get a part-time job and I proposed  to save that money, so this  vacation will be different. I’m expecting to travel to the north of the country. I’ve never been there, that’s why I’m so exciting about it. I hope to know lot of places, especially natural monuments and nature reserves. I’m very enthusiastic about the flora and fauna I’ll found there. It is far different from what we can see here and far different from what I have ever seen. Otherwise, I’m a little bit worried about the climatic conditions I will

Post 10 : Blogging experience

Hi readers, today we are supposed to tell you about our experiences as a bloggers this term.  Well, I have to admit that, at the beginning, I wasn’t very comfortable with this kind of work because I didn’t know what to write about. However, I was very interested on them due to I like writing and even more when it is about my personal experiences, for the reason that it is easier to me compared to some other academic activities such as reports. Also I like to write because I think it helps me to improve my communication, not only written, but oral too; and not only for a new language as English, but also in my native language. In addition of this, by reading my classmates and teacher’s posts I learnt more about each one and the topics were very funny too (usually haha). The total number of posts maybe were too much, so I would suggest to reduce them to eight or seven. Besides that, I’m really thankful about this blogging experience and I hope it still as an activity of this cours

Post 6 : Books

Hello everyone! As you can see, today I will write about books. I think books are one of the most powerful tools we have as a human beings. Through them, we can share and conservate all the knowledge for years and years. Although I’m not reading in every free time I’ve got, I love to read. When you are able to concentrate on what you’re reading, you get transported to another world and forget what’s happening around you. I like to read all kinds of books; novels, thrillers, poetry, essays, short horror stories and even non-fiction books. Definitely my favourite type of book is poetry. My interest in this kind of book began because of the lenght of each one (yes, i’m a lazy reader), but as I see, the lenght of the text says nothing. I really like the work of Cecilia Vicuña and Claudio Bertoni, both chileans, belongs to the 60s generation of chilean poets and have some works together. I invite you to read some of them.
